What is Moksha?
Moksha, the inter-college cultural fest of NSIT, apart from being one of the most awaited college festivals, represents the culmination of energies. In an institution, where curiosity is fuel and inquisitiveness is fire, Moksha presents a platform for one and all, to break free from their monotonous life. With an average footfall of over 10,000, a line-up of over 80 engaging events, a participation of over 6000 people, Moksha speaks itself for its magnetism. Moksha also observes huge participation in its online events. It is not just a college festival, it is a celebration of ‘being’. Over the past ten years, Moksha has witnessed leading artists from the music industry perform in the NSIT campus. Some of the renowned personalities from the recent past are Mohit Chauhan, Kailash Kher, KK, Jagjit Singh and Javed Ali. Rock Bands from distant lands such as Strings (Pakistan), Jal (Pakistan), Viatrophy (UK), Sylosis (UK), Akcent (Romania) have graced the festival with their presence. Critically acclaimed stand up comics have visited the college to tickle the funny bones of the audiences.
